The Wandereuse Winter Wonderland
December, you’re my favorite

December has always been my favorite month of the year. Even when I lived in Spain, I thought December had a feeling all the other months lacked. And it’s not particularly because of Christmas. It’s just that December is so dark and so cold that one can just crawl under the blanket and literally cuddle all day. The time of snow, warm chocolate all the time and overall coziness is here. And for me the winter time is going to be specially long since I am moving back to Norway for good! What are your plans for December? What do you like the most of this season? Remember to start your advent calendar today!

That it’s true. I didn’t want to get out my bed today. I don’t know what is it but I do love December too. But I think for me it is because of that Christmas feeling. Either or, we love it! 🙂 Good luck in Norway

Other than getting all my projects for university finished I don’t really have plans for December well other than Yule =^.^= I love the dark nights and that Fall through to Spring is what I call Snuggle Seasons

I love all the Festive lights and the cozy evenings in with a movie and hot chocolate by the fire. I don’t like the rain at all though but you take the good with the bad I guess lol! Lovely post!

Exactly like that. I come from Greece where we have sunshine around … you know… 10 out of 12 months. But I really enjoy Winter too. I like the whole thing with jackets, hot coffee for a change and such. Nice approach.

I think it would be wonderful to experience a cold Christmas! I live in South Africa and we are having Summer at the moment and some days are just way to hot! So i would mind just for once to experience a cold Christmas.

That’s interesting! I have thought about that sometimes, but I just can’t imagine a warm Christmas… It’s so cozy up here in the north, you should definitely try it someday 🙂 Have a nice weekend!

Decemer is my favourite too. Darkness and cold weather (ad snow!!) make December so special. As you said, the one can just cuddle all day under the blanket (with a cup of tea and a good book!) 🙂

I’m really missing winters with snow. Didn’t have that for a long time in Austria. But maybe I should visit Norway in winter :-))) I love how you described your winterfeelings 🙂

For me December is darkening days until the winter solstice and then light, light, light afterwards!
